The second slide in your practice presentation will be the
introduction slide.
The introduction slide will introduce the different parts
of your career presentation.
These parts will include information about
requirements for the career, and its job tasks,
advantages, and disadvantages.
Follow the steps below
to create an Introduction slide with an informal outline:
On
the second slide (the one you just added), click once where it says CLICK TO ADD TITLE
Type
'INTRODUCTION' (you do not have to use all caps. You choose!)
Click once in the larger text box under INTRODUCTION
Type 'Requirements' and then press ENTER
Press the TAB key and then type 'Education', then press ENTER
Press the TAB key (again) and type 'Other Training or Work Experience',
then press ENTER
Type 'Tasks' and then
press ENTER (you did not press TAB this time!
Press
CTRL+A to select all of the text in this outline
Click
where it says MORE on the toolbar
Under MORE, click
the BULLETS button
You should now have a perfectly formatted
informal outline!
Your slide outline should look exactly like the one here - if it doesn't, raise
your hand and Mrs. Robie will show you what went wrong!
