Using Speaker Notes
7th Grade Computer Literacy

There is more than one way to use speaker notes.

If the person presenting is very knowledgeable about the topic (knows a lot about it), then a simple outline on the notes pages will help him deliver the specific content each slide was created to present.

If the person giving the presentation knows very little about the topic, a narrative outline is best to help him deliver the correct information.

Either way, it is best to have these notes available in order to assure that the slide show and speech work together to deliver an effective presentation.
