7th Grade Computer Literacy

Before you format text in a document, you need to select the text.

When you select the text, you click and drag over the text in the document.

You can select all of the text in a document by clicking and dragging over all of the text.

TIP: Clicking and dragging from the end of the text to the beginning is often easier than clicking and dragging from the beginning to the end. You'll try this soon.

In a word processing document, when text is selected, a shaded blue border appears around it.
